Over 7 years ago I was struggling with postnatal depression, worried about being made redundant on maternity leave – I got therapy but more than that I started to change my life. ⠀ ⠀

I had to create a new dream for my life, then I had to connect to my reason WHY, my motivation to do it, finally I had to plan and execute!

Since then I went on to get my dream job as a swimwear designer for a top Uk retailer, I stayed home with my young kids, I got a job that fit my family, paid off a loan, travelled to Africa and South America with my kids and now created my own job I can do from home as well as It Starts With The Dream.

This is my ultimate passion project where I get to inspire and help other women to create they dreams, overcome fear and doubt and take action towards their dreams!
